Career

Josh Pasker focuses his practice on municipal and corporate finance matters, serving as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel and borrower's counsel in a broad variety of financings. Josh's experience includes general obligation notes and bonds, revenue obligations, variable rate multimodal debt, derivative products, multi-family housing bonds, and financings for colleges, universities, charter schools, hospitals, continuing care retirement communities, and other nonprofit entities. Josh also counsels issuers and borrowers on securities laws, tax laws and post-issuance compliance procedures relating to tax-exempt bonds. Josh has experience in representing parties before the IRS in connection with tax-exempt bond audits. In addition, Josh serves as counsel to a billion-dollar investment trust whose participants include local governments and authorities.
