Josef Brinkhaus specialises in advice on real estate (open- and closed-end), infrastructure, debt and private equity funds and fund linked (structured) products including advising on the structuring, reorganisation, transactions and marketing of such funds and commercial issues arising from the operation of such funds. He began his legal career with Pünder Volhard Weber & Axster in 1991 and is qualified both as lawyer and tax advisor.

Josef is editor and author of leading annotations on German investment law, investment tax law and reorganisation law.
