Dr. Jens Ortmanns is a partner, he advises national and international real estate investors on domestic and cross-border transactions, property developments, financings and joint ventures. Jens is the head of the Firm’s European Real Estate Group and managing partner of the Firm’s Düsseldorf office. He has particularly extensive experience in the following: acquisitions and sales (domestic and cross-border, single asset and portfolio transactions); asset management-related advice; banking and finance; joint venture investments; project developments.
