Practice Areas
As member of Hengeler Mueller’s Dispute Resolution Group, Henning acted as counsel and arbitrator in numerous national and international arbitration cases. He also represents clients regularly in front of state courts and in out-of-court settlements. Henning focuses on contract and corporate law disputes (including post-M&A matters) and has particular expertise in the energy, infrastructure and media sector.
Career
Henning joined Hengeler Mueller in 1999, and has been partner since 2004. He worked for one year as foreign associate at a New York law firm.
