Frederik advises on regulatory issues, particularly in the banking and insurance sector, and has assisted numerous insurers, banks, and financial service providers on a wide range of regulatory matters.

Earlier in his career, Frederik was seconded to the European Financial Markets Lawyers Group/European Central Bank.

Frederik is ranked as a leading individual in Chambers Europe (Banking & Finance: Regulatory – Germany; Insurance: Transactional), JUVE (insurance supervisory law, banking supervisory law) and Handelsblatt (“Germany’s best lawyers”).

He is a member of the Linklaters ESG Working Group.
