Currently Managing Partner of the Paris office, Françoise is head of Linklaters’ real estate practice in Paris and one of the leading real estate practitioners on the French market. Specialized in real estate and construction law, urban planning and environmental law, she advises both French and international clients, including investment funds, hotel operators, banks and end users, on all aspects of their real estate operations in France as well as in the context of pan-European operations. Her activities include pure investment work and the development and letting of operational space for users. She also has experience in creating international property funds, on the acquisition of large portfolios, dealing with SIIC and OPCI and also in real estate financing.
