Working in the Technologies, Media, Intellectual Property Department, Florence focuses primarily on issues in connection with Data Protection, Data Privacy and Data Security issues working in an advisory and litigation capacity, with both French and foreign companies, assisting with compliance plans or with launching products or new projects. She also assists clients who have undergone audits/dawn raids with the management of their litigation with the French Data Protection Authority’s Litigation Division. She is also assisting clients with their IT or technology projects (including Digital and Internet). Florence regularly publishes articles on current issues in her preferred fields of interest in the general media and specialist publications.
Florence was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1996. She started her career as an associate at August Debouzy and has been a partner since 2009. Working in the Technologies, Media, Intellectual Property Department, Florence has developed and heads a highly recognized practice in all aspects of data protection and in particular where GDPR is concerned.
