"Caroline Silberztein heads the Paris Transfer Pricing & International Tax practice group.
She assists multinational enterprises from a range of industries with transfer pricing risk assessment and management, design and implementation of transfer pricing policies, tax audits, tax litigation, mutual agreement procedures and advance pricing arrangements, on a local and a global basis.
Caroline is a recognized contributor to international transfer pricing dialogue . She was the Head of the OECD Transfer Pricing Unit from 2001 to 2011. She continues to actively contribute to OECD consultation processes as business representative since she joined Baker McKenzie in 2011. She is a member of the UN Subcommittee on Transfer Pricing since 2010, and one of the drafters of the 2013 and 2016 versions of the UN Manual on Transfer Pricing for Developing Economies. She is nominated by France on the list of independent persons of standing who can act as arbitrator for the EU Arbitration Convention and EU Directive on Dispute Resolution.
She is also a regular contributor of articles in French and international tax magazines (esp. in Fiscalité Internationale (JFA), La Revue de Droit Fiscal, International Transfer Pricing Journal, BNA, etc.). She is a lecturer in several Universities and is in charge of the Transfer Pricing course for Master II students at Paris II University. She is a member of IFA France’s scientific committee. "
