Anne is a Partner in the Antitrust & Foreign Investment team of Linklaters in Paris, with particular expertise in all aspects of competition law: abuse of dominant position, cartels, vertical restraints, merger control, from the investigation stage to first instance and appeal hearings before domestic and EU jurisdictions. She has been advising Air France-KLM in the landmark Cargo international cartel case for over 10 years. She has also worked in 2020 for Peugeot Group, where she was in charge of the merger control aspect of its merger with FCA, which led to the creation of Stellantis.
In 2021, she was named in the prestigious Global Competition Review Women in Antitrust list. She was also included in Forbes’ very selective list as one of the “Top 40 des avocats du CAC40” in 2021. She is one of the Thought Leaders in France in Who's Who Legal and has been elected European Competition Lawyer of the Year at the Euromoney Women in Business Law Awards, in 2014 and 2018.
