Anne-Sophie Noury co-heads the Paris Restructuring/Insolvency practice at Weil and is one of the preeminent restructuring practitioners on the French market. She has extensive experience in debtor-side mandates, whether through purely consensual schemes or court-supervised processes, including Casino in 2023. She also has a particular focus on distressed M&A transactions like the 2023 sale of a non-strategic business owned by La Poste.
