Anne-Sophie Noury co-heads the Paris Restructuring/Insolvency practice at Weil and is one of the preeminent restructuring practitioners on the French market. She also has a particular focus on distressed M&A transactions like the 2023 sale of a non-strategic business owned by La Poste.
