With nine lawyers all specialising exclusively in employment law, T/S/C gives advice and represents clients in the entire field of individual and collective employment law. Apart from issuing and reviewing employment/service contracts as well as conducting cases against unfair dismissal cases and other vested rights disputes T/S/C is experienced in all issues arising in connection with employment/service relationships right from recruitment up to termination and has a longstanding experience in negotiations with work councils. The same applies for the area of industrial constitution law and collective bargaining law. The firm’s business is also characterised by a high regarded forensic activity.
A focal point of the law firm’s activities is the restructuring of companies. Together with the responsible persons on site as well as any involved management consultants they develop strategies for the execution of operational concepts together. T/S/C naturally takes on the employment law-related transition and conduct any cases that may prove to be necessary.
T/S/C can help with the reorganisation or dissolution of previously existing company pension schemes by drawing on the competence which their experts have achieved throughout many years of experience. The support of T/S/C doesn’t end with the deal, as it has a well-known litigation practice and usually long-term relationships to clients.
