INTERNATIONAL Much of Shook’s London-based work is international, due to the group’s expertise in the defence and coordination of global product litigation, consumer product regulation, international recall procedures and processes, and its global network and language capabilities. Shook attorneys manage cases in numerous European jurisdictions, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, in cooperation with accomplished local product liability attorneys in more than 65 countries. Shook’s long-established and extensive network of national counsel across the globe allows the team to assist clients with product liability litigation, product recalls and advice on regulatory compliance wherever it may arise. This includes devising and ensuring compliance with strategies to ensure the consistent and successful defence of multi-jurisdictional claims.
