Scotto Partners is an independent law firm dedicated to accompanying executives, managers and family shareholders during the crucial moments in the course of their business in France and internationally. With about 40 lawyers, the firm covers corporate, tax and employment matters.

The firm's M&A team headed by Coralie Oger assist management teams, family shareholders and their groups, whether listed or not, on a wide range of transactions (mergers and acquisitions, venture, IPOs, restructuring, implementation of partnerships and JV, corporate governance, and daily corporate questions, etc.) thanks to a unique approach combining state-of-the-art strategy and negotiation in a highly technical legal and financial environment.
