In cross-border cases, we work closely with a number of foreign partner law firms within our well-kept network. We have no exclusive partnerships for cross-border cases, but work flexibly with different firms to meet the specific requirements of each individual client and case.

As members and functionaries of national and international organizations, through speakerships at conferences and through regular publications in professional journals, our partners contribute to the discussion and further development of patent, trademark and unfair competition law.
