The Fintech team advises clients on their fund raising transactions, including venture capital and private equity transactions as well as ICOs in the Fintech and Blockchain industries, handling all legal, regulatory and technological aspects and working in closely with the New York and Silicon Velly offices to match the evolving market in these transactions.

Furthermore, the firm assists the major Fintech think tanks at the European level; it is an expert of the ROFEIG group appointed by the European Commission. The same is also true in France where the firm advised on the adaptation of the legislation to the use of Blockchain, on the ICO or the creation of a token intermediary status reform, acting as Chairman of the Paris Europlace Fintech Committee, and as Chaiman of the Fintech group of the Haut Comité Juridique de Place.
