DUHAMEL’s investment funds practice has assisted many international clients (based in USA, UK, Germany, Spain, Saudi Arabia, China, Korea, etc.) in their investments in French funds. DUHAMEL provides customised advice on the structuring, authorisation and servicing of private equity funds (venture, LBO, distress, etc.). The team assists on the drafting of legal and governing documents, carried interest schemes, negotiation of purchase agreements, etc.
