Firm Overview: 

Bellucci Méndez Rücker was established in 2021 by two founding partners under the name RM Legal. By midyear, Héctor Z. Méndez was appointed to manage the firm, leading the office with a clear vision and an accurate client-centered approach that quickly set the firm apart, with a steadfast growth. In 2022, Lino Bellucci joined the firm becoming BMR Legal, and that same year the firm strengthen its Intellectual Property and Regulatory practice adding a team of professional, as well as incorporating Roger Sánchez as a new partner, focused on Real Estate Law, International Commercial Law and Immigration Law.

In a short period of time, BMR Legal has stablished a leading practice in Nicaragua, with an interdisciplinary team of professional providing accurate, timely and innovative solutions, considering all relevant aspects of each transaction holistically. In 2023, the firm expanded their reach in the country, opening new offices in Tola, Rivas, being closer to our clients in the area.
