■ Representing Sanofi in multi-jurisdictional patent case against Mylan Insulin pen technology
■ Advising Subaru on new technical platform and advertising issues
■ Lead counsel for Sisvel in first FRAND case at Federal Surpreme Court after Huawei v. ZTE and obtaining landmark decision on future FRAND requirements
■ Representing Wilkinson (Edgewell Group) in patent dispute against Gillette and advising them re trademark and unfair competition law
■ Representing Alcon (ex-Novartis group) as market leader for eye care products in patent litigation against Hoya, coordination of Europe-wide litigation
■ Successful defence in first biosimilar infringement proceedings in Germany for Celltrion and Mundipharma against Roche
■ Litigation for tobacco wholesalers regarding advertising restrictions in a widely-covered case now pending in second instance after first instance success for client
■ Litigation on second-medical use claims for Hexal
■ Advising a healthcare client on a new trademark strategy and portfolio setup
■ Coordination of international patent litigation and conducting German proceedings for various international clients (pharmaceutical products, telecommunication industry, consumer products, software, biotech)
■ Advising numerous clients including a furniture store chain on national advertising strategy
