Wintell & Co Data Compliance Committee (the "Committee") was established in 2021. It is led by partners who have made great achievements in the fields of business, medical and health, compliance and government supervision, and maritime affairs. They are the first group in China to obtain CISP-PIP (Registered Personal Information Protection Specialist) qualification certificate.

The committee focuses on the legal services of information protection, cybersecurity, and data compliance in a number of industries, and is mainly engaged in data compliance in advance, maintenance and improvement in the middle of the event, and response and rescue afterwards, the services involve data collection, storage, processing, transmission, exchange, and deletion throughout the entire data life cycle.
