Our client base includes (both German and international) corporate clients, private equity funds, venture capital funds, family offices, privately owned groups and other investors, international corporations and consortia as well as individual entrepreneurs and board members.
Due to our experience and our tailor-made approach, we are able to provide professional support for transactions of all sizes. We are mostly active in the mid-cap sector. Depending on the client's requirements, we also take over the comprehensive process organisation and process coordination or advice on selected special topics in M&A-contexts.
Likewise, Wendelstein advises on the entire range of corporate law, from day-to-day housekeeping to high-end corporate matters, often in conjunction with our other areas of expertise in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, capital market law as well as restructuring and insolvency law.
As part of our corporate/M&A-department, we also provide comprehensive advice on real estate transactions. We advise on portfolio transactions and on the purchase or sale of major single assets by way of share deals, asset deals or joint venture structures.
We also provide notarial services, in particular regarding M&A and corporate matters, financing and restructuring as well as real estate matters.
