We conduct proceedings before state courts and arbitral tribunals, the Supreme Court of Poland, the Constitutional Tribunal, state and local administrative bodies, the administrative courts, and the Supreme Administrative Court.

Dispute resolution is one of our law firm’s key practices. We advise clients on how to avoid disputes, and if disputes are unavoidable how to resolve them in the optimal manner.

At the start of every matter we prepare for the client a litigation memorandum describing the plan for the proceedings, the chances of prevailing in the case, and the anticipated duration and cost.

We represent clients in arbitration proceedings before Polish and international arbitration institutions, ad hoc investment arbitration under UNCITRAL rules, mediation and conciliation proceedings, and settlement negotiations.

Our capabilities are not limited to Polish procedures. Our firm includes lawyers with dual qualifications as a Polish adwokat or attorney-at-law and as a solicitor of England and Wales or German Rechtsanwalt.
