The majority of TozziniFreire’s work with Third Sector clients is overseen by our Business and Human Rights Department as well as our broader pro bono practice. The main goal of both practices is to have a positive social impact, preventing human rights violations in Third Sector organisations as well as help these clients become more effective in achieving their stated goals. We provide comprehensive legal support to help deliver third sector clients deliver positive outcomes for their stakeholders. Our lawyers also advise Third Sector organisations on how they should interact with their stakeholders. Here our Human Rights expertise is key as we address issues of race, gender, and sexual orientation, amongst others, to ensure that Third Sector organisations are having a positive impact with distinct groups and not inadvertently benefitting one group disproportionately.
