Our infrastructure team is a multidisciplinary group of lawyers with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the sector, who are prepared to assist clients with diverse needs. The team collaborates with several different practice areas and industry groups within the firm, including project finance, an area in which the firm has much experience.

Thanks to industry specialization and the dynamic structure provided by a multidisciplinary approach, our lawyers are fully prepared to provide legal services in the sectors covered by the several development plans sponsored by the Brazilian Federal Government, such as the Growth Acceleration Program (PAC) and the Logistics Investment Program (PIL).

Our team has worked on highly complex projects and on developing innovative structures that have become a standard in the Brazilian legal market. Our teams participated actively in the first privatization operations in Brazil in the 90s, as well as in a range of federal and statewide concession programs in several infrastructure areas. Since then, we have been assisting some of the most significant transactions in the areas of transport and logistics (airports, ports, roads, and railways), energy, oil and gas, water and sewage, and telecommunications, among others.
