• the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (valid since 2023 for companies with more than 3,000 employees / from 2024 for companies with more than 1,000 employees in Germany)

• the new competition law for distribution agreements, the EU Vertical Block Exemption Regulation (valid since 1 June 2022), which generally gives suppliers more leeway in the design of their distribution networks and agreements
