Our services in the M&A space include providing advice on the structuring of transactions, advising clients on regulatory aspects including the Companies Act, and where applicable, the SEBI Takeover Code and corporate compliances, conducting legal due diligence of the target (where applicable), preparing, reviewing, negotiating and finalising various transaction documents including ancillary commercial documentation.
