We have the required expertise to assist our clients on M&A transactions across a range of non-regulated and regulated sectors, and to accompany them throughout the specificities of regulatory approval processes in Turkey. A vast majority of Paksoy’s M&A clients continue to work with the firm for corporate and commercial law advice and often become retainer clients.

Paksoy advises listed and privately held entities on contract law and commercial law for all types of business agreements including outsourcing, licensing, distribution, agency and franchise agreements, company law, corporate governance, shareholder rights, joint venture, management, shareholders’ agreements, by-laws, signature authorities, corporate restructuring and exit strategies.
