About
Provided by Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH
As one of Germany’s largest law firms, Luther’s Public Services team has a wealth of experience in procedural law and in structuring transactions. The members of the team collaborate closely across locations and disciplines, which allows them to provide solutions from the entire range of public business law, the law governing public security and order and all special subjects.
In the area of public business law there will be a focus over the next years on issues relating to environment law becoming increasingly important for companies, not only at the different management stages, but also in the context of building and planning law. Climate change also requires radical changes with regard to the consumption of fossil fuels. The European Commission is, therefore, aspiring to reorganise the European economies into so called "low carbon economies". Luther’s EPR-team advises companies on all topics concerning Environment & Planning Law & Regulatory.
Luther’s “Public Procurement Law” team can advise clients on all issues that arise at a national and international level in connection with public procurement law. It is an experienced partner for contracting authorities or bidders. Luther’s advisors use their extensive legal and economic expertise creatively in their work – including at the interfaces between public procurement law and budgetary, European and public business law – with a view to optimally implementing the client’s public procurement strategy.
