Our specialist aviation team represents clients with claims arising from domestic, military and international aviation accidents.

We have over 40 years’ experience of successfully pursuing group and individual serious personal injury and fatal injury claims arising from aircraft disasters around the world.

Our experience includes numerous claims, many of them high profile, against airlines as well as manufacturers of aircraft and their components in the UK, USA and elsewhere.

As well as successfully handling many claims arising from the loss of airliners around the world (including Germanwings Flight 9525, XL Air Flight 888T, Kenya Airways Flight 507, Ethiopian Airlines Flight 409, Pamir Airways Flight 112 and Sita Air Flight 601), we have also pursued multiple claims arising from smaller aircraft including business jets, private single engine aircraft and helicopters (including the Clutha Vaults tragedy) as well as claims against Air Traffic Control authorities and other organisations.

Some of our cases include claims arising from Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 (Boeing 737 MAX), Dana Air Flight 992 and the Shoreham Air Show disaster.
