Work highlights
Herbert Smith Freehills advised the Government of Malawi on the development and structuring of the 350 MW Mpatamanga Hydropower PPP Project, along Malawi’s Shire River.
The firm advised Eden Renewable Cite, a joint venture between Total-Eren and EDF Renouvelables and its sponsors, on its USD165 million green term loan to finance a 300 MW solar project in Rajasthan, in India.
