Our TMT team is made up of attorneys with knowledge in the telecommunications and media regulatory fields, as well as industry practice.

We have extensive experience in advising telecommunication companies, media and ICT operators, but also with other participants in the industry such as content and infrastructure providers or large companies that hire these operators.

Our main areas of action are:

• M&A advisory services: we provide advice to companies and venture capital funds in financing rounds, Alternative Stock Market flotations, financing through venture debt and mergers and acquisitions focused on the Internet and new technologies industry
• Legal advice to and procedural defence of Spanish and foreign clients in matters involving intellectual property rights.
• Data protection and privacy: general advice, contracting, international transfers, privacy protocols, etc. We provide support in all relations with institutions such as the Spanish DataProtection Agency and equivalent regional bodies
• Electronic commerce and electronic contracts: determination of governing law, electronic evidence, electronic payments, certification authorities, digital signatures, encryption, terms and conditions, consumer protection, taxation, data protection, domain names, etc.
• Advice on computer law, mainly consisting of actions connected with software protection, licensing agreements, hardware agreements and IT audits
• We provide comprehensive advice on all technology outsourcing transactions
