The ECM team predominantly advises issuers and supervisory boards on IPOs, enjoying longstanding client relationships with an array of German corporates. Additionally, the law firm handles capital increases, rights offerings and delistings. The DCM team is highly active on cross-border high-yield bond issuances and Schuldschein transactions as well as debt and capital measures in restructuring mandates. Gleiss Lutz also assists with convertible bond transactions.
