Overview

The team's key focus is professional negligence sector work with a particular emphasis on solicitor's negligence claims. The team are on the Professional Indemnity Master Policy panel and handle a significant proportion of all solicitors’ negligence cases in Scotland. 

In addition to their significant caseload under the Law Society of Scotland's Master Policy, the team continues to expand with recent hires and they now handle a varied workload representing the following professions: Accountants, IFAs, Brokers, Surveyors, Architects, Structural & Civil Engineers, M&E Engineers, Design & Build Contractors, Property Managers & Charitable Organisations.  

The team have a growing international reputation: The foreign office mergers continue to generate some cross border opportunities in the professional negligence arena.
