We frequently appear before U.S. state and federal courts, as well as the world’s leading arbitration institutions such as, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), among others. We also represent clients in ad hoc proceedings, which are often governed by the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
