DMH Stallard’s Planning and Environment Group has particular expertise in respect of renewables and waste, sustainable drainage and flooding, water infrastructure agreements, regulatory compliance and environmental litigation.
Given our large team of lawyers and planning consultants and our work on significant planning applications, the team has developed particular skills and expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment work.
The team is led by Heidi Copland, an acknowledged expert of many years’ standing. Partner, Chloe Karamian, is also making a name for herself and brings direct local authority experience to bear on advising clients.

Our track record in dispute resolution is such that we are often involved in ground-breaking cases on issues such as statutory and private nuisance, and prosecutions by or disputes with the Environment Agency, Natural England and local authorities.
