The Firm’s tax team advises on both French and international tax issues.

Working closely with the firm’s other specialty practice groups, the team has developed longstanding relationships with a diverse client base, including French and international corporations, banking and financial institutions, investment funds, and family-owned companies.

The team is mainly involved in:

• Real estate transactions

• Corporate, LBO and financing transactions

• Infrastructure transactions

The Firm’s tax team has been involved in a majority of the most significant real estate transactions of the past decade. In this capacity the team regularly has the opportunity to demonstrate its through understanding of the needs of different real estate professionals, and its ability to meet such needs through innovative and tried-and-tested solutions.

The team regularly advises:

• major property owners and occupants (insurance companies, property companies, industrial groups and property developers);
• investors (medium or long-term investment funds);
• French and international lending institutions.
