The Real Estate & Real Estate Finance team assists clients in carrying out real estate sale and purchase transactions, setting up property funds, financing real estate ... The team  also handles all kind of transactions related to development, management and optimization of property portfolios, renovation/restructuring works, etc.

We regularly advise and assist a wide variety of clients, including insurance companies, listed and non-listed property companies, French and foreign property funds and partnerships, financing providers, developers and users. The firm is one of the field’s major players in and outside France and a preferred adviser of numerous French and international clients and specialized correspondent firms.

Whenever necessary, the Real Estate and Real Estate Finance team closely works with other specialized teams of the firm, such as the Corporate – M&A team and the Tax team.
