The Healthcare team has long-standing and market-leading expertise in the healthcare sector, acting for business owners and investors across the UK healthcare sector on both transactional and regulatory matters. Current clients fall within the main markets of the sector, including social care, dental, pharmacy, veterinary and healthtech.
 
The group act on complex and high value transactional matters including corporate M&A, real estate acquisitions and disposals, sale and leasebacks, debt and equity financings and corporate reorganisations. They have substantial expertise in the regulatory frameworks under which healthcare providers are required to operate and how this impacts on transactions and operational matters, notably in retail pharmacy.
 
The team is actively involved with some of the leading healthcare charities, consultancies and publishers, such as LaingBuisson. The firm was a finalist at both the 2019 HealthInvestor Awards in the Legal Advisers (transactional (private) category), and the 2019 LaingBuisson Awards (legal advisor- independent category), recognising its strength in the sector.
