Cazals Manzo Pichot Saint Quentin AARPI law firm was founded in March 2014 by Thomas Cazals (Jones Day, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier) and Maxence Manzo (Clifford Chance, Jones Day). Romain Pichot (Allen & Overy, Courtois Lebel) joined the firm in November 2014 followed by Bertrand de Saint Quentin (Mayer brown, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier) in March 2016, Pierre Ullmann in 2018 (Jones Days, CMS Fracis Lefebvre, Willkie Farr & Gallagher), and Xavier Colard in 2020 (Taj, Scotto Partners).

In a bit less than four years, the law firm has succeeded in becoming a leading firm in the tax law French market. It is already in the top ten of tax law firms for M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations.

Cazals Manzo Pichot AARPI is also setting up a large domestic and international network of best friends, particularly in Paris, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Spain, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and Lebanon allowing the firm to assist its clients in other jurisdictions and other legal areas.
