We are delighted to announce the successful completion of Project Orbit, Alpha Bank’s sale of a portfolio of retail unsecured non-performing loans of a total outstanding balance of Euro 2.1 billion and of a total gross book value of Euro 1.3 billion. Zepos & Yannopoulos acted for Alpha Bank since the very preparatory stages of Project Orbit and the submission of binding offers, to the negotiation and execution of the Greek law governed sale and purchase agreement and closing.
