Schalast advises improVR on angel investment

improVR GmbH, Munich, ("improVR") has decided to give interested angel investors the opportunity to invest in the company before the start of the next investment round. The angel investors, who mainly consist of current or former professional athletes and entrepreneurs with a relevant and well-developed network, were carefully selected by improVR.
In this context, Bundesliga professional footballer Maximilian Eggestein (Sport-Club Freiburg e.V., ROOF Football) has invested in improVR as an angel investor.
In addition, improVR was able to recruit Roland Bischof, who was recently honoured with the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany (Office of the Federal President) for his services to German football, as spokesman for the pool of angel investors.
improVR was advised by Schalast on the structuring of the angel investments.
