S&R Associates represented the brokers in the INR 21.1 billion bulk deal sales of ordinary units of Cube Highways Trust, an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) operating road assets, by one of its sponsors, Cube Highways and Infrastructure Pte. Ltd., and certain of its affiliates on the BSE.
