Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, advised Stracon Technologies S.A.C. on the acquisition of a 100% interest in Deep Pit Technology S.A.C., a Peruvian startup dedicated to the development of AI software for the mining industry.
Stracon Tech is the new technology company of Stracon (a portfolio company of Ashmore Group), started its activities in November 2021, and this acquisition is part of its objective of contributing to the digital transformation of mining companies.
