Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, advised Agrovision in connection with a USD 210 million credit line. The financing consists of a USD 180 million syndicated secured loan and a USD 30 million syndicated unsecured loan. The agreement allows Agrovision to increase the facilities by an additional USD 150 million and USD 40 million, respectively.
Agrovision will use the proceeds of the financing to fund its growth plan and refinance existing debt.
