DWF lawyers have advised Eiffage Immobilier Polska in finalising the sale of the innovative built-to-rent residential project in Warsaw’s Praga-Północ district to Heimstaden Bostad.
The project, encompassing 185 apartments, along with additional commercial units and parking spaces, reflect the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in Poland. The transaction was structured as a forward sale agreement, with Eiffage Polska Budownictwo acting as the general contractor.

The team supported Eiffage Immobilier Polska in transaction structuring, preparation, and negotiation of documentation, signing and closing, and provided ongoing legal assistance during the project development.
