Ayres Ribeiro Advogados announced the arrival of Guilherme Costa Val as a new partner at the office in Belo Horizonte (MG), to strengthen the tax consulting practice.
Costa Val graduated in Law from Faculdade Milton Campos (FDMC/MG), is a specialist in Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG), and has obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Law from FDMC/MG.
Guilherme Costa Val also holds an LL.M. degree in International Tax from the University of Florida and is currently a professor of International Tax and Income Tax at the Graduate Program of the PUC/MG.
Costa Val has amassed substantial experience in tax consulting, leading relevant projects in domestic and multinational corporations, such as tax planning and mergers & acquisitions, especially in issues involving income taxation and international tax.
