Since 1984, specializing in patent trials, litigation, and counseling. Lead trial counsel in patent disputes across the country, in U.S. district courts, at the ITC, and before the PTAB. Expertise is diverse and representations involve broad range of technologies, including computer hardware/software, semiconductor processing and chip manufacturing, smart cards and payment systems, encryption/cryptography, electronics, flash memory and tape media, and telecommunications.
