She routinely advises multinationals and local companies on the full spectrum of employment issues. Reem also routinely counsels and assists clients in a variety of industries who wish to establish or expand their business in Bahrain on incorporation and on licensing and regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters and acts for clients in voluntary liquidations, share sale and purchase transactions, and restructurings.
