She has substantial experience representing developers, sponsors, contractors, lenders, government agencies and offtakers in connection with the development, financing, and restructuring of power, transportation, energy transition, telecoms and other infrastructure projects, providing her with in-depth understanding of the legal and commercial issues relating to these asset classes. She advises private equity sponsors and strategic investors on acquisitions and divestitures of energy and infrastructure assets, as well as on financings involving commercial banks, export credit agencies, multilateral agencies, capital markets and funds.
