Julia Taylor, a partner in Dentons' Real Estate practice, helps numerous developers and investors navigate commercial real estate projects: purchase and sale negotiations, incentive and entitlement issues, debt and equity procurement, design and construction contracting and enforcement, project leasing and a host of other issues encountered during any given project. She also represents regional and national financial institutions on construction and term financing issues and counsels tenants on leasing matters. She advises on retail, office, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use developments, each for its unique issues and opportunities. Julia provides additional value to contract negotiations and collaborating with clients in structuring complex transactions.
