Jessica practices in the areas of government contracts and construction litigation. She represents government contractors across many industries, including health care, banking, telecommunications, and construction in all aspects of the government–contractor relationship. Jessica advises clients on compliance with federal, state, and local procurement regulations, including the FAR, agency supplements, and state equivalent rules. Jessica represents clients in bid protests, government contract claims litigation, False Claims Act litigation, and government investigations. Jessica also negotiates government contracts and serves as special counsel in M&A transactions involving government contractors.
